1. How do you help me promote my services online?
The fastest (and risk-free) way for you to go online will be a one-page website hosted on Geodesic Business Directory.
The one-page website will contain basic relevant information including name of your company, address, contact tel number, a brief description of your services/products and one or two images. In addition, you can also order additional pages (at the cost of RM100 each page) depending on how much information you would like to put online.
You can of course start straightaway with a website with your own domain name. Please take a look at the packages that you can choose from. We design clean, well designed and fast loading (so that your potential clients don't lose their patience waiting for the page to load) websites that are easy for search engines such as google to find you company.
2. How do I contact you?

3. How would the website of my company look?
Please visit the design page and tell us which image is closer to what you have in mind or send us a website you have come across. We will of course discuss your requirements so that you website will be unique with your own content and images. You can also ask for change e.g. colour, fonts etc after we show you a "rough cut".
4. What do I need to provide you?
The amount of information we need depends on the package you choose but generally you'll need to provide us with the relevant information such as the name of your company, address, contact tel number, a brief description of your services/products and digital images you would like to put on your website.
5. How much content can I put in?
As much as your imagination allows. We will give you advice as to how to place your content so that your website looks professional and also easy to read. If you also need help in writing up the content please also discuss with us.
5. How many images can I put on each page?
As many as you like subject only to the aesthetic consideration. In addition, the images should be "light" so as not to slow down the loading of the page. The standard packages offered by Geodesic assume no more than 3 images per page and the images will be supplied by the clients without the need to make any digital alteration (e.g. cropping).
6. How long before my company's services will be online?
It will normally take about a week after we receive all the necessary information and materials (including images) from you but it could be quicker, depending on our workload.
7. How much does it cost?
Please take a look at the standard packages for reference but please discuss your requirements with us in details.
8. Can I change the content of my webpage?
Yes, you can change the content anytime but changes post "delivery" changes will be subject to a charge mutually agreed (unless minor in which case the charge will be waived as we think fit). Please refer to the usual work flow.
9. Can I add additional pages to my website subsequently?
Yes. We will normally charge RM300 (or the local currency equivalent) per page but please discuss with us.
10. Is there any ongoing cost for maintaining the webpage?
The first year (starting from the date the webpage is first published) is included in the price quoted and for the second year onwards just the hosting and registration cost (in the case of the Basic Package it is RM100 per page) if you don't make any changes to the website.
11. Can I cancel and take down the company webpage?
Yes, you can take down your webpage anytime by giving us not less than 2 weeks notice but no amount paid (if any) will be refund.
